KETO BAKE MIX 300G - 4G CARBS PER SERVE

Our unique blend of low carb ingredients makes a hitting your macros as easy as pie. This pastry is versatile, easy to use and tastes incredible.
You will need
150g cold salted butter1 tablespoon (20ml) cold water
Method
Empty the contents of packet into a medium sized mixing bowl.
Rub the butter into flour mix until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
Add the cold water and mix with a fork until the mixture comes together into a ball.
Roll out or press into a 22cm tart tin. Refrigerate or freeze in tin until ready to fill and bake.
* Pastry shells can be baked from frozen.
* To use for sausage rolls, crackers, pizza etc, roll out between 2 sheets of baking paper, place on a cookie tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes before rolling, cutting or topping.
